About me



Hello, my name is Valentyn.
I’m an independent chef from Ukraine with over ten years of experience in professional kitchens.

I hold a degree in Culinary Technology and have worked in large hotels and restaurants serving up to 600 guests. I was also involved in opening a restaurant from the ground up — from the first concept to the first plate served.

In Ukraine, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the country’s leading chefs, gaining valuable experience in fine dining and kitchen management.

For the past three years, I have been working in the Netherlands, collaborating with talented professionals and adapting to the local culinary culture. My first position here was with Hutten Catering, so working within Dutch culinary standards and flow charts comes naturally to me.

Rates

I am available for private dinners, corporate events, catering, and other culinary occasions.

The rates below are exclusive of 21% VATtravel, and parking costs.

• Line cook – €38 per hour
• Sous-chef – €42.50 per hour
• Head chef – €50.00 per hour

For travel by car, I charge €0.30 per kilometer, based on the distance calculated via Google Maps.
Parking costs are charged in full.
